First:
To get to webmail you go to: webmail.domain.com
If that loads the plesk default page:
Login to the Plesk account for that site
Go to: Home -> Mail -> Preferences -> Webmail dropdown (select Horde .....) -> Click OK button
Once that finishes webmail.domain.com will load to the Horde login page for you.
